The cashier had a really bad attitude I asked her why was my meal so high she read it back and i told her that was not right by her been so rude we got into a lil argument because she was thinking she was right and called one of her co-workers and even he told her she was wrong she was very disrespectful.i never been treated like that hear I was highly upset when I left.

  2. The host Dakota had a bad attitude. When she was talking quietly and I asked her to repeat what she said she became very disrespectful.

  3. I absolutely ‘love coming to, & eating at Noodles & Company!!! Not only is the food good but the 3 young ladies (one is Peyton) which will soon be leaving), but the sweet girl that’s her best bud & even the girl i just met the other nite because these ladies are awesome & such a pleasure to talk too!!! Please either give them a raise or let them know how much I think of them & their kindness every time….. your food is delicious too!!! 👍🙋‍♀️🍜🥗

  4. We have eaten at the Mishawaka restaurant many, many times. The food always delicious, staff always welcoming. And Mr. Jimmy ALWAYS the most wonderful host!!

  5. Survey would not allow me in from the code on the receipts
    I noticed there are many who have said the same. Obviously, no one read this at noodles, and by the way cost was way high, and not worth the ridiculous food

  7. The White Marsh Noodles is a hit or miss anymore. At first it was great. But the staff has changed and foul language from the kitchen. Trashy sitting area. Bathroom disgusting. Soda machine so dirty that I didn’t want to touch it. Our orders have been messed up the past two times. We dont in there anymore. I went back recently to give them another chance but they failed. Thank goodness there are new food places popping up on Campbell Ave. Bad for Noodles.

  8. I wanted to do the survey, but it would not let me type in the survey code number. Too bad, I never do surveys, had a good experience and thought I would share why.

  9. Always a great experience eating at Noodles. I’ve been a customer for the pass 5 years. Service is great and quick and of course the food is exceptional.

  10. The survey start page did not allow me to enter the validation key; but that’s OK, because they they have lost me as a customer. I had a bad experience once when my pad thai was so SPICY that it had to be thrown away. So months later, I find myself in the area again, and specifically request my dish to be “NOT SPICY”, which is clearly written on my receipt, but are enough, when I get it home, it can’t be eaten!! Not going back again and will let anyone I know to do the same.

    OI completed the survey and didn’t receive a validation number.

  12. My receipt only gives me “17” numbers for a Survey Code; however, your survey requires 20 numbers. Therefore, I cannot continue on with the survey. Today is my last day to take the survey…please tell me what to do.
