  1. I have same complaint as first customer above. I was finally able to get all numbers entered but not in official order. System rejected me, and thereby invalidated my claim after survey to $5.00 refund. Not a very customer-oriented process!

  2. I tried three times to enter my 16 digit survey code and the time, then I touched Start Survey and my 16 digit code disappeared and I was still on the same webpage. I was unable to complete the survey and get a validation code to receive five dollars off my next $35 purchase .
    My 16 digit code is 0917030060030216 . Time 4:30 PM
    Please send me a coupon for five dollars off my next $35 purchase and enter me in the contest .

  3. My husband and I have been buying from Earthfare from the time the store opened at the first location in Asheville until now. We appreciate the quality of products that you offer, and the employees are always helpful and pleasant. At least 60 % of our grocery buying is done at Earthfare. Thank you for being in Asheville.

  4. Recently, we bought Earthfare brand pistachio gelato. When we tested it, it is not the creamy gelato we expected. It tasted like iced milk (crushed ice and milk combined). Please don’t call this product gelato.

  5. I only wish we lives closer to the Earthfare. We make it a day trip and fun but it is hard on gas. The closest thing we have for organics is Aldi’s and a bit at Food Lion. If the owners would like to consider a Wilkesboro, NC Store, it would be great!
